Angry Birds fly into Chrome Web Store

Angry Birds
One of the most ubiquitous games today was noticeably missing from our earlier post on some of the best browser games. Well today we can correct that mistake, prior to our previous post there was no official way to play Angry Birds from a browser, but today at Google I/O it was announced that Angry Birds has just been added to the Chrome Web Store and is available to download and install for free. You can expect the same experience from the familiar mobile versions. The web version of Angry Bird was created using the WebGL framework and while it runs best on Chrome you can feel free to try it with the browser of your choice. The game loads the HD version by default, but if you want a smoother experience try changing the setting to the SD version.
